Relieve Jaw Tension and Protect Your Smile

BOOK A CONSULTATION

Treatment for Masseter Hypertrophy

With our BOTOX® Injections.

We offer a highly effective, non-surgical solution using BOTOX® to relax overactive jaw muscles, reduce grinding, and ease associated discomfort.

BOTOX® treatment for bruxism involves a series of small, precise injections into the masseter muscles – the large muscles on either side of your jaw responsible for chewing. By temporarily relaxing these muscles, BOTOX® helps reduce the intensity and frequency of clenching and grinding.

This treatment doesn’t affect your ability to chew or speak, but it does help relieve tension, protect your teeth, and create a softer, more balanced jawline.

  • Long-lasting relief

Frequently asked questions

Will this treatment stop me from chewing normally?

No. The treatment only relaxes overactive muscles — it doesn’t stop them from functioning properly.

Is BOTOX® for Teeth Grinding safe?

Yes. When administered by a qualified practitioner such as myself, BOTOX® is a safe and well-established treatment with minimal side effects.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects from BOTOX® treatment for teeth grinding are generally minimal and temporary. You may experience slight redness, swelling, or tenderness at the injection site, which usually settles within a few hours. Occasionally, there may be mild bruising or a feeling of jaw weakness when chewing very tough foods, but this is uncommon and short-lived.

Can it help with jawline slimming?

Yes. Many people notice a softer, more refined jawline as the masseter muscles relax and reduce in size over time..

Is there any downtime after the treatment?

You can return to your daily activities immediately after your appointment. However, for the first 24 hours after your treatment, we advise you to:

  • Avoid touching or massaging the treated areas.
  • Refrain from strenuous exercise and activities that increase blood flow to your face.
  • Avoid lying down for at least 4 hours.
  • Stay out of direct sun and extreme heat (e.g., saunas or hot tubs).

Following these simple guidelines will help ensure optimal results.
