Having just started my aesthetics journey with Dr Noreen, I have to say she was both supportive and informative during the process. I was quite nervous but she was reassuring and practical about the next steps that would work for me.
There’s absolutely no pressure to do anything you’re not sure about and her very friendly demeanor helps to relax you especially if you’re not a fan of needles. Having recently relocated from America to the UK, the idea of finding someone new to do my injections (who I actually trust with my face) was daunting, which is why I am so thrilled to have found Dr Noreen.

Not only is she highly skilled and knowledgeable as an experienced practitioner; she is also entirely engaged with the delicate artistic process that accompanies facial aesthetic procedures. She’s the first injector I’ve been to who (and I’ve been to many!) was this meticulous with ensuring she understood the unique structure of my face and how each line, form and muscle would respond to each procedure.

Dr Noreen is warm, empathetic and has an approachable, open energy that really puts me at ease each time I visit her practice. (I should note that all the ladies who work there have that same welcoming energy!) She is wonderful at communicating, actively listens and really takes the time to understand my aesthetic goals and concerns, while also maintaining honesty and integrity about what will look most balanced and what may not!

It is no wonder I’ve been so incredibly happy with my results and look forward to each visit. I now cannot imagine going to anyone else and  may just have to plan on traveling back for appointments if I relocate again! :)

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Noreen and would highly recommend her. What stood out to me most was her exceptional level of care, professionalism and genuine kindness.

She was incredibly attentive throughout, took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt reassured and well looked after. Her follow-up care was outstanding, she checked in with me regularly and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the support and reassurance I needed.

It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with so much empathy and genuine care for her patients. I felt that I was in very safe hands throughout, and I’m extremely grateful for the time, attention and kindness she showed me.
